A Particularly good hand painted miniature portrait

A stunning English antique miniature portrait in oil of a lady, made in the first quarter of the 19th century, possibly earlier than regency time period, I’m always in awe of how these beautiful and detailed painting’s are done, this is one of a collection we have that came together, including miniatures this particular picture is framed and presented in a gold metal oval trim, the antique condition is good, mostly only wear to rear of frame only,and a small hole in rear casesin, to the top of the frame is a little ormalu finial with hanging loop behind
