An outstanding piece of Chinese ceramic art, this piece is called a palanquin and would be used to carry royal subjects by attendants, made in China during the Ming dynasty c1368-1644 The galaxies are nice a mixture of green and brown applied to the biscuit beneath, there is a couple of bits of material loss to side roof only, the item overall is amazing, it has a detailed lattice window to one side too, the piece stands just under 10” high and is ready for display Stand is for display only
