A beautiful Japanese heavy bronze lamp, made during the Meiji period 1868-1911, made from bronze and lacquered with a dark red colour, the beautiful decoration to this piece is mostly botanical and in great detail to both sides of the lamp, the conversion is very un-invasive and has recently been re-wired and tested, it’s in great antique condition too, to the sides are for dog type heads, the rings have been removed at some point, probably to stop the lamp being caught and knocked over, to the sides are finial type handles mounted and are also in a botanical themed the gorgeous piece stands 20” high without shade, That’s not included, a great looking authentic antique lamp ready to display and enjoy Currently wired to uk European spec We also have two matching vases in shop currently, we added a pic so you could see the collection together
